Each apartment features a fitted kitchen, a spacious living area, two separate bedrooms, two shower rooms and a toilet. The thoughtful layout creates a distinctive space to call home, perfect for comfortable living, entertaining, work and study.

Rental Charges

• Apartment sizes range from 40 m² to 67m²
• Monthly rent per person from 1140 € to 1700 €
• Individual Charges (Water, heating, electricity) : from 180€ per month
• Long-term rentals available with a three-month notice period
• Optional Furniture & Accessories Hire from 160€ per month.

Unlike other coliving spaces, at La Nef, you can enjoy the comfort and privacy of your own private kitchen and shower room. So you can relax and feel right at home. While you have your own personal sanctuary, our thoughtfully designed shared spaces allow you to connect with friends and colleagues, and be part of the La Nef community.

We want to assure you that your safety is our top priority. That’s why we utilise security cameras in communal areas, such as entrances, corridors, and shared lounges, to help protect all residents and visitors. Our approach is not just about enhancing security, but also about respecting your privacy and complying fully with EU laws and regulations. By being open about how and why we use CCTV, we aim to foster a safe, welcoming environment for everyone. • Accommodation classification : Unfurnished rental.
• Minimum Notice period : 3 calendar months.
• Furniture and accessories available to hire from a specialist, independant furniture company for an additional fee.
• Strictly No Smoking.
• No Pets Allowed.
• Residents and their visitors leave his/her car on the property at his/her own risk. The property owner takes no responsibility for any vehicle or the contents of any vehicle.
