These bright, cosy, and contemporary apartments are designed to strike a balance between comfort and productivity, while hinting at their past history. As the name suggests, these units were previously two or three prison cells, masterfully redesigned to create new self-contained apartments. Each one includes an open-plan living room with a cosy sleeping area and kitchenette, as well as a private shower room with toilet. The smart layouts maximise the light and space for efficient, comfortable living.

• Monthly rent per person from 650 € to 730 €
• Individual Charges (Water, heating, electricity) : from 90 € per month
• Long-term rentals available with a three-month notice period
• Optional Furniture & Accessories Hire available from 80 € per month

Triple Cell

• Triple Cell sizes range from 27 m² to 29 m²
• Monthly rent per person from 840 € to 920 €
• Individual Charges (Water, heating, electricity) : from 110 € per month
• Long-term rentals available with a 3 month notice period
• Optional Furniture & Accessories Hire available from 100 € per month

While you have your own personal sanctuary, our thoughtfully designed shared spaces allow you to connect with friends and colleagues, and be part of the La Nef community.

We want to assure you that your safety is our top priority. That’s why we utilise security cameras in communal areas, such as entrances, corridors, and shared lounges, to help protect all residents and visitors. Our approach is not just about enhancing security, but also about respecting your privacy and complying fully with EU laws and regulations.
